All prices stated on Pacific Marketing Agency are before the required tax in Costa Rica (13%VAT). Availability must first be confirmed; upon availability, we will provide an invoice link for payment via credit card, PayPal information, or local bank transfer/SINPE. Video is available to customers in Costa Rica. While we are not limited to this, we’d have to quote a personalized solution if we are outside the country (as we have previously traveled outside for work). Prices quoted on our website are for the Central Valley (San Jose) to the country’s Central Pacific (Jaco) area. Additional fees for transportation and other expenses will be added to the quote outside these areas. Review our Terms & Conditions.
All sessions require a minimum 50% deposit to hold the date and time. This deposit is only refundable within 48 hours of reserving; after that, it is not refundable. The remaining balance is due in cash on the day of the session or by the same method as the deposit.
Prices do not RAW files, if you wish to obtain the RAW video files you can do so for an additional $25. The digital gallery will be available for one month from the date uploaded. To ensure you do not lose your created content, please ensure you download the videos/images to your devices for safekeeping. Failing to do so is not Pacific’s responsibility.
Cancellation Policy: Contact us within 48 hours of reserving for a refund of the deposit; after that, the deposit is not refundable. Rescheduling may apply in certain circumstances; please contact us for more information. Understand that upon canceling, there are processing fees for transactions that you might forfeit upon request, and this is not Pacific’s responsibility.
