Website Subscriptions
All subscriptions are a partnership between you (the client) and the developer (Pacific Marketing Agency), to leave a subscription with your website a buyout is required. Buyouts are available after six months. Buyout pricing is based per website, standard rates are; one to five pages $500+tax and ten pages plus $1,000+tax. Upon completing the buyout we will provide you with CMS backend, Cpanel access, and master file of your website. Included with your buyout is one-year of your domain, hosting, and SSL, if you wish to continue with our server you can continue to pay the annual fee of $160+tax (annual fee may vary depending on add-ons and other services).
Subscription Limitations
During your subscription Pacific Marketing Agency will be the only company who can management and make changes to the website, upon the buyout, our agreement is completed and any other individual or agency can access your website at with your permission. Once we provide all access to your website files Pacific Marketing Agency is not responsible for any loss of information or damages to your site, we recommend saving this information in a safe location, as long as you are on our server we can always regain access if this information is lost.

The opportunity for a buyout becomes available after a minimum period of six months, allowing you ample time to experience and evaluate the service.
We have carefully structured our buyout pricing model to reflect the comprehensive initial investment required to establish a fully functional website. This includes various elements such as the creative design process, technical setup fees, skilled labor costs, and any expenses associated with domain transfers and hosting services. Our goal is to ensure that the buyout price fairly represents the value of the work completed and resources allocated to your project.
Once you decide to proceed with a buyout and the agreed-upon payment has been successfully processed, you’ll be presented with flexible options regarding the ongoing management of your website. You can choose to maintain the original hosting package that was included in your initial website setup, which may be advantageous if you’re satisfied with the current performance and features. Alternatively, if you prefer more control or have specific hosting requirements, you have the freedom to migrate your website to a different hosting provider or server of your choice. This flexibility ensures that you can tailor your website’s infrastructure to best suit your evolving needs and preferences.
