We require your contact information of yourself or one of the company’s team members, who will be our primary contact for your account with us.

This information will be used on the website, so please provide the business contact information.
- Company name.
- Slogan (if any).
- Industry.
- Business email address (if any).
- Business phone number(s).
- Address (if any).
- Social media handles (URL/domains).
Company Logo
Please provide us with your original files of your logo, if you don’t have the original design files then please provide what you have to see what will work best. (PDF/PNG/JPG/PSD/AI/EPS). If you do not have a company logo we can help create your business logo and graphics.
Website Domain
If you already have a domain please let us know so we can point the domain to the proper server (if needed). If you don’t have a domain we will look for your company name as an option, also we will look for the best option for SEO purposes and provide it to you to choose.
Content for the Website
This is the information we cannot create for you, the vital information about your products, services, and business. We can always add more to this at a later date, but the sooner you can provide the information required we can push forward with your website build.
- Introduction about yourself/business (Who you are? Why do business with you? How are you different from the rest?).
- About us/mission statement (tell us about yourself/business, what’s your story?).
- Products/services (information about what you have to offer, product descriptions, services, prices, etc.).
- Slogans, quotes, any additional information that might make your customer choose your products/services.
- Contact (business hours, directions, information for contacting you, etc.)
Design
Do you have a color palette that you’d like to use? If not, we usually base the colors from your logo. Also if you have any fonts you’d like to use please provide us with this information. If you are open to our suggestions we will create a master file for you to continue using these with your brand.
Images
Professionally taken photos of your business, products, staff, etc. will be our recommendation every single time, they will boost your image and provide us with the high definition images we need. We can provide this service (to customers in Costa Rica). If you don’t have professional images, we can make due with what you have, we ask for the best quality images you might have, always taken horizontally to allow us better use of your photos. We can accept them by Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer, or WhatsApp with HD activated.

We can now start to structure your website. First we will gather the information you provide, create your profile, and start to structure the layout of your website. Next, we start adding content to map out the design and make it live. Once we have worked out the details we will provide you access to view it live, once you confirm the design we index it for the world to enjoy!
